Beate is a marketing consultant who works with Silje on marketing strategy and social media for the Esperance lifestyle brand. With 12 years experience within marketing communication Beate is known for her strategic approach, creative thinking, and enthusiastic approach towards her work and anything related to marketing.

The fellow Norwegian is based in Ibiza, the island that has been a great inspiration for both the Esperance brand and Silje personally.
